Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid for every successful referral made by you. A successful referral is defined as any person who is referred by you and registers on relayread.com using your unique Referrer's URL.
2. You cannot refer yourself as a 'person referred'.
3. For each of the successful referrals made by you, you get the benefits only once for each of the following 3 offers:
   1. 25 bonus RelayPoints at the time of his/her registration
   2. 25 bonus RelayPoints on the instance of first book uploaded by him/her
   3. '50% Off Facilitation Fee' on the instance of first book purchased by him/her from another user on relayread.com.
4. All the three offers are non-transferable.
5. The bonus RelayPoints will be credited in your account, and can be used for ordering books on RelayRead.
6. You get a unique discount voucher code for the '50% Off Facilitation Fee' when a person referred by you makes his/her first book purchase transaction. This voucher code allows you a flat 50% discount on the facilitation fee that you pay for ordering any book from another user on relayread.com.
7. Each '50% Off Facilitation Fee' discount voucher can be used only once, on a single book. Any given order can use only 1 code. Two or more codes cannot be clubbed together in a single order.
8. In case you purchase more than 1 book in the one/same order/invoice, the '50% Off Facilitation Fee' offer will get applied to the book with the highest facilitation fee.
9. The '50% Off Facilitation Fee' offer is not valid on books ordered from the RelayRead's Central Relay Library (CRL).
10. The '50% Off Facilitation Fee' offer is not applicable on purchase of RelayPoints.
11. The discount voucher codes cannot be used for any other purpose on RelayRead or outside of it.
12. The vouchers cannot be encashed on RelayRead or outside of it.
13. These are limited period offers, and would be discontinued as per the discretion of the company (Reading Boundless Pvt. Ltd.).
14. Each discount voucher is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of accrual. For example:
    1. If one of the persons referred by you makes a paid transaction on 15th August 2022. You get the discount code in your account within 24 hours of that. You need to utilise this code on or before 14th October 2022.
    2. Likewise if you earn a discount code through another person referred on 10th June 2022, you can use the code on or before 31st October 2022, after which this code amount will expire.
15. You must comply with all up-to-date "SPAM" laws. As an example of this, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner; bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is explicitly prohibited, and will be grounds for immediate suspension/termination of your account. The company (Reading Boundless Pvt. Ltd.) is not responsible for any emails, shared by any of our users, that constitute SPAM email/s.
16. We reserve the right to cancel the Triple Joy Referral Offer or to change the Terms & Conditions thereof at any time at our sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral benefits will be forfeited at that time.
17. We reserve the right to close your account(s) (or the account(s) of any person referred by you) if you and/or person referred by you use this offer in a questionable manner or breach these Terms & Conditions.
18. The decision of the company (Reading Boundless Pvt. Ltd.) will be final in case of any dispute.
